Today we are excited to chat with Todd Brand, chief executive officer and president of Brand Asset Management Group, Todd is a second-generation leader of a 20-person team, helping 250+ affluent families succeed over generations within their life, business, family, and wealth.
After graduating from Baylor University with a degree in business, Todd found himself working at his father’s firm installing financial software. He went on to pursue his master’s degree and came back to Brand Asset Management Group as a financial planner. Since purchasing the company in 2004, Todd and the team have grown it by eight times.
In this episode, Todd reflects on the steady, consistent growth of his company and how he has worked to maintain and model balance in his leadership role.
