Today we are joined by Mike Kendra, CFP®, co-founder of FP Solutions RI, an outsourcing company that provides support to financial advisors. He owns this company alongside his wife, Heather Kendra, CFP®, CRPC™. Mike is a former U.S. Army officer, who joined his wife in the financial industry full-time in 2015. Together, they now have a team of 30 people and work with around 200 advisors across the country.
Having a diverse set of interests and goals, balance has always been important to Mike. He enjoys being involved in various aspects of the business, such as coaching the team and handling the sales process, while still being able to pursue activities and goals outside of work.
